Is a KVK account mandatory?
You do not need a KVK account to buy a certified document directly. Ordering without signing in is possible.

Does a direct guest order include an invoice?
KVK states that anonymous direct orders paid by iDEAL or credit card do not include an invoice. Consider your accounting needs when choosing an ordering route.

How do digital and paper documents differ?
The business information is the same; certification and delivery differ. The paper version bears certification on paper.
