Extracts and documents

  • Certified extract, digital

    €29.95

    The certified extract from the Dutch Business Register as a PDF with a digital signature. This is the document banks, notaries and clients ask for.

    The Dutch Chamber of Commerce e-mails the document straight to you.

    Language of the document: Dutch or English.

  • Certified extract on paper

    €49.95

    Shipping per order: Netherlands €5.25; Europe €15.00; outside Europe €35.00 with PostNL or €75.00 with DHL Express.

    The same certified extract, on paper with a wet signature. Needed by bodies that do not accept a digital version.

    Your document is delivered to the address you provided with tracking.

    Language of the document: Dutch or English.

  • Company profile

    €19.95

    An overview we compile ourselves from public data in the Dutch Business Register. Not a document from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, and without certification.

    We compile the document and deliver it through a secure link.

  • Company report

    €59.95

    The certified extract plus the history, the group relations and the list of filed accounts, in one order.

When you receive it

We handle your request within our service window from 08:00 to 20:00.

Your paper extract is delivered with tracking. Allow 5 to 7 working days within the Netherlands from the moment we order it from KVK.

Subject to disruptions at the Chamber of Commerce.

Why you pay more here than at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce

Every price includes the fee the Dutch Chamber of Commerce charges us: €9.60 for a digital extract. The difference is the fee for our work. We look up the right branch, place the request and keep an eye on it until the document arrives. If you prefer to do it yourself, you can at kvk.nl.

Paying

You pay online by iDEAL, card, PayPal or Bancontact. After your payment you receive a confirmation by e-mail with a link to follow your order.

Refunds

If the Dutch Chamber of Commerce does not deliver the document you ordered, or refuses to deliver it, you get the full amount of that order line back. If something goes wrong through a fault of ours, we put it right or refund you. What else applies is set out in the right of withdrawal and in the terms and conditions.

Is a KVK account mandatory?

You do not need a KVK account to buy a certified document directly. Ordering without signing in is possible.

How do digital and paper documents differ?

The business information is the same; certification and delivery differ. The paper version bears certification on paper.

Does a direct guest order include an invoice?

KVK states that anonymous direct orders paid by iDEAL or credit card do not include an invoice. Consider your accounting needs when choosing an ordering route.
