We are an independent intermediary and not part of the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce. The certified extract is produced and delivered by the Chamber of Commerce itself.
An extract is also available directly from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. There a digital certified extract costs €9.60 and a paper certified extract costs €19.20. What you pay us is that price plus our payment for placing and monitoring the order.
The content of the extract
The data in the extract comes from the Business Register and reflects what is held there at the moment of retrieval. We do not establish that data and we do not adjust it. If it is incorrect, you change it at the Chamber of Commerce.
The document itself
The certification on the digital extract is the Chamber of Commerce's. The validity of that certification, and whether a bank, notary or foreign authority accepts the document, are not things we influence. Check with the receiving party which document they require and how recent it must be.
The Company Profile and the Company Report
We compile these products ourselves. The Company Profile is not an official Chamber of Commerce document and carries no certification. Every page of that document states who made it and when.
If you need a document for a bank, a notary or an authority, choose the certified extract.
The texts on our site
We write our explanations as carefully as we can and note the date on which we last checked them. It remains general information. It is not legal, tax or business advice, and it is no substitute for advice about your own situation.
Prices and delivery times
The prices on our site include VAT. The delivery times we state are estimates based on what we measure, and are subject to disruptions at the Chamber of Commerce. No right to a particular delivery time can be derived from an estimate.
Comparisons with other providers
Where we compare prices or conditions with those of others, we always state the date on which we checked and where we got it from. Other parties' prices may have changed since.
Links to other websites
Our site sometimes links to other websites, including kvk.nl. We have no influence over the content of those sites and are not responsible for them.
Availability of the site
We do our best to keep the site working. Maintenance and faults can make the site temporarily unreachable.
