A certified paper document for a recipient who requires the original paper version. We arrange the application and send it with PostNL.

€49.95 Price including VATShipping per order: Netherlands €5.25; Europe €15.00; outside Europe €35.00 with PostNL or €75.00 with DHL Express.

Your paper extract is delivered with tracking. Allow 5 to 7 working days within the Netherlands from the moment we order it from KVK.

Is a printed PDF equivalent?

No. A digital seal cannot serve as certification on paper. Select the paper version when your recipient requires it. For use abroad, ask about any legalisation or translation requirements before ordering; paper certification does not arrange those steps.

How is the document dispatched?

Your paper extract is delivered with tracking. Allow 5 to 7 working days within the Netherlands from the moment we order it from KVK.

How much does the paper application cost?

The document costs €49.95, including VAT and our service. Shipping is added once per order. You see the shipping cost for your address before paying.
