You can apply to KVK directly for a digitally certified document. Neither DigiD nor a customer account is required.
Using our service
Our digital application costs €29.95 including VAT, application handling, an invoice and support. The document costs €9.60 when ordered directly from KVK.
Choosing your route
If you only need the document at KVK’s direct price, ordering there may suit you. If you want to combine applications or need order support, consider our service.

How do digital and paper documents differ?
The business information is the same; certification and delivery differ. The paper version bears certification on paper.

Does a direct guest order include an invoice?
KVK states that anonymous direct orders paid by iDEAL or credit card do not include an invoice. Consider your accounting needs when choosing an ordering route.
