What do you receive with the overview?
In this overview, the KVK states, among other things, identification details of the legal entity, the date of the last amendment to the articles of association and, if they have been filed, documents per financial year with filing date. According to the KVK, the overview runs from 2010. So you see which documents were registered and when, but you do not read the contents of the deeds or annual accounts. View annual accounts
If you would like to read figures, please request the annual accounts themselves. Check the KVK number and financial year: the filing date and the financial year are different pieces of information. An entry in the overview proves that a document has been registered; it does not provide insight into the balance sheet or explanation. The KVK shows annual accounts in the overview within its period of seven years after filing.
Articles of association or other documents
If you are looking for articles of association, a deed of incorporation or a merger proposal, you will need a copy of that specific document. We currently do not offer this as a separate order product. You can check whether the document can be ordered directly via the KVK route for filed documents. If the KVK must first protect privacy-sensitive data, an assessment will first follow according to its product information and you will receive instructions by e-mail.
What if there is no overview?
The KVK does not show an overview of filings if only a deed of incorporation has been filed and no other documents. A missing overview does not automatically mean that the company does not exist. First check the registration with a trade register extract. For research into previous names or addresses, Trade Register History is the suitable product.
