Are you looking for a former trade name, business address, legal form or company description? Then Trade Register History fits. According to the KVK, the document can also show names of former company officers, but not old SBI codes. Formulate your question specifically: 'Which name was registered in 2022?'is a more useful question than "Tell the entire history of this company."View the history product contents.
Available period and data
The online KVK product shows changes registered from May 23, 2010 until about one week before the order. You can request older data from the period 1993 to that date via a separate route from the KVK. If no old data has ever been registered, a history product may not be available. The KVK does not provide former business addresses of foundations and associations, because these may be private addresses. Check these limits if your desired date or address is the focus.
History in addition to a current extract
An old trade name can help explain why a contract and the current registration show different names. For the current company name, directors and signing authority, please see a current extract. The historical overview in our ordering route is not certified and does not replace certified proof of current registration. Do not read a change as a statement
A historical entry shows that a registered item has changed. It does not automatically explain why that happened or whether a company is reliable. Compare the date and the data with your own documents, for example a contract or invoice, and only then draw a conclusion about the identity of the company.
