Our role
We are an independent service provider, separate from the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce. KVK issues the certified document.
Who handles your questions?
We handle enquiries about your application service, payment, invoice and follow-up. Changes to Business Register entries must be arranged with KVK.

What is a KVK extract?
A KVK extract shows registered business details such as the name, address and legal form. It reflects the position when requested.

Is a KVK account mandatory?
You do not need a KVK account to buy a certified document directly. Ordering without signing in is possible.

Does a direct guest order include an invoice?
KVK states that anonymous direct orders paid by iDEAL or credit card do not include an invoice. Consider your accounting needs when choosing an ordering route.
