Which business should I choose?
Check the name, location and branch. A secondary establishment may show different details from the main establishment, so check what the recipient needs.
How do I select the document language?
This website supports five languages. You separately choose Dutch or English for a certified document during ordering.
My digital document has not arrived
Check the email address you supplied and your spam folder. Use the status link in your confirmation, then contact us if the document is missing.
Where can I find my invoice?
Our service provides an invoice for your order. If you cannot find it, email us with your order number.
Do I need an account?
Ordering here does not require a customer account. Keep your confirmation and personal status link to follow your application.

A KVK extract shows registered business details such as the name, address and legal form. It reflects the position when requested.

Does every organisation accept a PDF?
Acceptance of the digital format depends on the recipient. Ask which format and document date it requires.

Are directors listed for every establishment?
Company officers appear for the main establishment where registered. A secondary establishment document may not include them.

Does a direct guest order include an invoice?
KVK states that anonymous direct orders paid by iDEAL or credit card do not include an invoice. Consider your accounting needs when choosing an ordering route.
