    The certified extract from the Dutch Business Register as a PDF with a digital signature. This is the document banks, notaries and clients ask for.

    The Dutch Chamber of Commerce e-mails the document straight to you.

  • Certified extract on paper

    €49.95

    The same certified extract, on paper with a wet signature. Needed by bodies that do not accept a digital version.

    The Dutch Chamber of Commerce posts it to the address you give us.

    An overview we compile ourselves from public data in the Dutch Business Register. Not a document from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, and without certification.

The Dutch Chamber of Commerce sends it by post. Within the Netherlands that usually takes 2 to 4 working days.

Why you pay more here than at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce

Every price includes the fee the Dutch Chamber of Commerce charges us: €9.60 for a digital extract. The difference is the fee for our service. We look up the right branch, place the request and keep an eye on it until the document arrives. If you prefer to do it yourself, you can at kvk.nl.

Paying

You pay online by iDEAL, card, PayPal or Bancontact. After your payment you receive a confirmation by e-mail with a link to follow your order.

Refunds

If your document does not arrive through a fault of ours, you get your money back. What applies exactly is set out in the right of withdrawal and in the terms and conditions.
