Cookie policy
1. What this covers
This policy covers kvkuittrekselaanvragen.nl, a website of KVK Uittreksel Aanvragen, a trade name of Ecrivus International V.O.F., registered in the Dutch Business Register under number 14093828.
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. Alongside cookies there are
comparable techniques that do the same thing, such as localStorage and sessionStorage.
Where this policy says "cookie", it means those techniques too.
2. What we do not do
We place no tracking cookies. Concretely, that means:
- no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no other advertising or tracking scripts;
- no session recordings or heat maps;
- no profiles of your browsing behaviour, and no sale of data to advertisers;
- no recognition of you on other websites.
That is why you see no cookie consent banner with us. We do not ask for consent, because we place nothing that requires it.
3. What is stored

Your order sits in your browser's sessionStorage. That storage belongs to one tab: close
it and the list is gone. It does not leave your device until you press pay.
This storage is necessary to provide the service or to protect the site. For such strictly necessary storage the exception of Article 11.7a(3) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act applies: no consent is required.
4. How we count how busy it is
We keep track of how often people search and how often a visit leads to an order. In doing so we store nothing on your device and record nothing about who you are. What is counted is the action and the time it took, not the person: that a search happened, not what it was for.
5. You leave our site to pay
For payment you go to Mollie's payment environment. That is a different website, with its own cookie policy. What is stored there falls under Mollie and not under us. The same applies to the payment page of your own bank or card issuer.
6. Server logs
Our servers record which pages were requested, with the time, IP address and browser type. That happens in the server log and not with a cookie. We use those logs to detect faults and counter misuse, and we keep them for 30 days. More about this is in our privacy statement.
7. Removing cookies yourself
In your browser you can view and erase stored data, and you can block cookies. You will find this under the settings for privacy or for website data. If you block everything, the ordering process may stop working, because the security check cannot then be completed.

If what we store changes, we adjust this policy. The version in force is always published on kvkuittrekselaanvragen.nl.
